Bangkok International Motor Show 2014: Nissan displays its multiplicity

Japanese auto giant Nissan Motors has showcased its diversified model range during the ongoing 35th Bangkok International Motor Show. The major car models showcased by Japanese car maker include Nissan Livina SUV, Nissan Pulsar DIG, Nissan Navara CNG, Nissan Sylphy CNG and Nissan Urvan CNG.
 
To begin with Nissan Livina which is a compact SUV can be considered as the perfect match of comfort and operating. Developed keeping in concern the driving habits of different customers in concern this sedan offers spacious cabin to travelers followed by split folding rear seats in ration of 60:40. It has ground clearance of 175mm making it easier for driver to drive safely in all conditions. It emobies 1.6 litre HR 16DE DOHC 16 valve 4 cylinder engine, Twin C-VTC with Dual Injector system.  
 
The engine develops the power of 114 bhp at 5,600 rpm and torque of 153 Nm at 4,000 rpm. Apart from this the front suspension is blessed with MacPherson Strut and stabilizer bar system while the rear suspension system is empowered with Torsion Beam stabilizer system. The Livina compact SUV will be offered in three trims namely 1.6MT, 1.6E CVT and 1.6V CVT.
 
Coming on to Nissan Pulsar DIG, is hatchback designed specifically for the customers who prefer to adventurous driving experience of hatchback. It will be bestowed with 1.6L MR16DDT turbocharged Direct Injection Gasoline engine and Twin C-VTC. It generates the power of 190 bhp at 5,600 rpm and torque of 240 Nm at 2,400 rpm. With newly developed steering system and improved suspension system this hatchback offers shock absorbers which prevent the passengers from painful jumps on damping roads.
 
Moving towards the CNG models Japanese car maker has showcased three different vehicles to offered in CNG system namely Navara, Sylphy and Urvan. The Navara is equipped with 2.5-litre QR25DE engine, churning the power of 154 bhp at 5,200 rpm and torque of 242 Nm at 4,400 rpm. On the other side Sylphy will be equipped with 1.6L DOHC 16-valve, 4-cylinder HR16DE bi-fuel engine, Twin C-VTC with dual injector, developing the power of 116 bhp and at 5,600 rpm and torque of 154 Nm at 4,000 rpm. An interesting feature offered in this model includes solenoid valve system which directly shuts down in case of an emergency. Finally the URvan is empowered with QR25DE engine developing the power of 147 bhp at 5,600 rpm and torque of 213 Nm at 4,400 rpm.
