Bangkok International Motor Show: Ford unveils its Everest Concept model
The ongoing Bangkok International Motor Show is witnessing not only the unveil of new cars but also the upcoming concept of future cars. In the series of showcasing the future concept car models American multi-national car making company Ford showcased its Everest Concept car in the show yesterday. According to reports the same concept car was also showcased during ASEAN held last year in Sydney.
The upcoming Everest model will be developed on the platform used in its elder sibling Ford Ranger which means that it will be a 7 seater SUV which will be empowered with same engine configuration as offered in Ford Ranger. According to sources of Ford the production of concept vehicle showcased in Sydney and Bangkok are about to complete and their R&D team is working on deciding the test drives for these vehicles throughout the world. It is reported that company may launch the Everest SUV sometimes between August 2014 and May 2015.
