BMW M4 soon coming in Indian car market
German luxurious car maker BMW had showcased the new BMW M4 Coupe during the Detroit Motor Show held earlier this year. BMW M4 is developed to fill the bridge between M3 and M5 and is considered as an advanced version of M3 coupe. Now according to reports received from authentic sources the car maker is all set of launch the M4 soon in Indian car market. The same news was also confirmed by images of M4 coupe revealed on various social media sources saying with tagline of ‘coming soon’.
It would be important to mention here that the sometimes back Mr. Philipp Von Sahr, President, BMW India, had also revealed company’s intentions of brining M series products in Indian car market during the ongoing year. As an impact of which keeping his words true the car maker had earlier launch M6 Gran Coupe in Indian car market and hopefully next month India will witness the launch of M4. After this launch the next would be M5 by this year end. The upcoming coupe is expected to be the tough contender to Mercedes C63 AMG, and Audi RS5.
The BMW M4 is expected to be energized with 3 litre, six cylinder twin turbo engine boosting the power of 431 bhp and torque of 550Nm. The power to front wheels is transmitted through six speed manual gearbox and also a seven speed dual clutch transmission system. The coupe with automatic transmission system accelerates the speed from standstill to 100 kmph at the span of 4.1 seconds whereas the manual achieves the same speed at the span of 4.3 seconds. The major physical difference between M4 and M3 is only of doors.
