BMW to launch X5 M and X6 M in Asia

The German marquee in India, Bayerische Motoren Werke known as BMW will be launching ‘M’ versions of BMW X5 and X6; their successful ‘X-series’ of Sports Utility Vehicles (SUVs) in Asia. The M version will get both these vehicles powered with a mighty 4.4L V8 dual-turbo power-train of petrol. The massive engine will easily churn out peak power of 547 bhp together with peak torque of 680 Nm.

The X-series collection of SUVs by the company has been received by sheer excitement since its launch in India as well as Asia. The sole aim behind introducing M versions of BMW X5 and X6 is to offer more variety to its X series loving customers in the continent.

The new BMW X5 M and X6 M can race up to a speed from 0 to 100 km per hour only in 4.7 seconds with a top speed of 250 km per hour. The German auto giant has launched these M versions in four new color options with metallic touch; which are Azurite Black, Pearl Silver, Ruby Black and Citrine Blace, exclusively made available for the Asian car buyer.

The X-series launch in India has given an all-new dimension to luxury brand BMW, as it has registered a record growth in terms of sales volumes this October with an increase of 8.3 percent and a nonstop growth can be observed in the sales reports of the company.

Both the models fall under elite D-segment of cars with existing high end model of skilled SUV X5 comes at a price of INR 70 Lakhs likewise INR 85.5 Lakhs is the price of top end sedan looking crossover X6.
