Book Mahindra XUV300 @ Down Payment Of Rs. 11,000
Finally, the domestic carmaker Mahindra & Mahindra has initiated the bookings of its upcoming compact SUV XUV300, slated for the launch on February 22, 2019, at the down payment of Rs. 11,000, throughout its dealers across the country. The buyers willing to buy the compact SUV can book it through the company’s official website or by visiting the dealer close to them. The Mahindra XUV300 is developed on the X100 platform from SsangYong and currently underpins in SsangYong Tivoli. The compact SUV will directly compete against Ford EcoSport, Maruti Suzuki Vitara Brezza, Tata Nexon and proposed compact SUV Styx from Hyundai.
Under the hood, Mahindra XUV300 would be offered in both petrol and diesel variants. The petrol variant will be empowered with 1.2 litre turbocharged petrol engine that is capable of generating the power of 135 bhp and the torque of 200Nm. The diesel variant will be empowered with 1.5 litre turbocharged engine, that will boost the power of 123 bhp and the torque of 300Nm. The transmission duties in both the variants would be performed by six-speed manual gearbox system.
Talking about the features that would be equipped in the compact SUV, it is reported to be offered with dual front airbags, all 4 disc brakes, ABS+EBD, reverse parking sensors, seat belt reminder, 2-DIN Music system, speed alert, and power windows as standard features. The top end variant will be offered with seven airbags, front parking sensors, dual zone fully automatic climate control, factory fitted sunroof and many more. According to reports, the company will also launch the electric version of XUV300 sometimes in 2020.
