Bookings Of Tata Nexon Initiated By Tata Motors
Domestic car maker Tata Motors is all set to soon launch its upcoming compact SUV Nexon in Indian car market sometimes during the coming months. Recently the features and specifications were officially revealed by the car maker, and now taking one step ahead towards the launch of Nexon company has silently initiated its bookings too at the down payment of Rs. 11,000. Although the car maker has not yet made any official announcement in this regard, but recently one of the buyers shared the receipt of bookings on social media platform.
Mechanically it will be empowered with 1.2 litre Revotron turbocharged petrol engine that is capable of boosting the power of 110 PS and torque of 170Nm followed by 1.5 litre Revotorq diesel engine that will generate the power of 110PS and torque of 260Nm. Both the engines will be mated with six speed manual gearbox. It will be offered with multi-drive option of Eco, City and Sport. Dimensionally it will have the length of 3995mm, height of 1607 mm, width of 1811 mm and wheelbase of 2498mm and ground clearance of 200mm.
As far as features are concerned, going through the cut-throat competition in the segment it is reported that Nexon will be equipped with fleet of contemporary features including advanced Harman roof top touchscreen infotainment system. On the safety front it will be customized with dual airbags, ABS+EBD, corner stability control, advanced dual path suspension system, front dual airbags and many more.
