Buying Hyundai Cars to get expensive from August 2015

Country’s second leading car manufacturer Hyundai Motor’s India Limited has announced that it will hike the prices of its existing car portfolio in Indian car market up-to Rs. 30,000 from August 1, 2015. According to sources of company hike in prices will not impact the prices of recently launched Creta SUV.
 
In the words of Mr. Rakesh Srivastava, Senior, Vice-President, Sales & Marketing, HMIL, said that company has been trying to cut off the production cost to great extent from long time. But now it has become mandatory for company to hike the prices of its fleet according to existing conditions in Indian car market.
 
The recent entrant from country CRETA SUV has been launched with starting price of Rs. 8.59 lakh for base variant and going high up-to Rs. 13.60 lakh for top end variant. The SUV has been launched in both petrol and diesel variant with three engine options of 1.6-litre VTVT petrol engine, 1.4 litre CRDI diesel engine and 1.6 litre CRDI diesel engine.
