Cars launches in May-June, Audi Q3, Rexton to steal the show
May would see a real action on the road as car manufacturing giants are ready to lure the Indian market by launching their new cars. Audi is all set to launch its smallest car Audi A4 facelift in India on May 3. The best part of the car is its Drive Select System with five different driving modes and a newer MMI system. The manufacturer of the car has tried to make it fuel efficient by giving it a Start-Stop system.

Since, Audi is launching its smallest car, Porsche's new 911 (codenamed the 991 generation) will hit the road which will be bigger and lighter and more rigid than its earlier iteration. The Porsche 911 two models which will be launched first Porsche Carrera and Porsche Carrera S that produce 350 bhp and 400 bhp respectively.

In June Audi will launch Audi Q3, which will give tough fight to BMW X1. It will hit the showrooms in June. The difference between the two is that Audi Q3 will be Quattro all-wheel drive, while BMW X1 is rear wheel driven SUV. Audi Q3 will be made available in two versions - standard and premium. Audi Q3 produces 177 bph. Like Porsche, Mercedes-Benz will bring larger version of Mercedes-Benz M Class. Its variant ML 350 CDI will also be launched in May with 258 bhp. It will be stronger, quicker and more spacious than before with top speed of 224 kph. The five seater Mercedes Benz M Class will be equipped with multimedia system.

To take on Audi and Mercedes Benz, BMW will introduce its next generation BMW 3 Series. The manufacturer has increased the length of the car by 93 mm which makes it bigger than before. One of the three-driving modes, the Eco Pro model is designed to save fuel. But, its Sport and normal model will give pleasure to the driver while driving.

Mahindra group will also make available its Ssangyong Mahindra Rexton SUV in the Indian market. The Rexton has many similarities with last-gen, W163 Mercedes-Benz ML. Rexton is a five cylinder diesel motor with 165 bhp and it is a seven seater compact SUV. The Rexton will find Chevrolet Captiva, Toyota Fortuner and Ford Endeavour as competitors. But, it is its price tag which could attract the buyers.
