Chevrolet Sail Hatchback which has been designed for emerging markets like India, is to get on sale later this year, company official says. Going through the whole one year’s extensive study on building its platform at company’s technical center, Bangalore, the best possible design was finalized to be catered keeping Indian road conditions and customer’s demand in the mind.
The overall design including the signature dual-port grille, distinctive cut lines at the hood and classy waistline gives it a masculine appearance. Hatchback’s front has been kept long while the rear is short, that it looks a contemporary hatchback.
Placing the fuel tank in the middle along with shorter rear and front overhangs and high roof have maximized its overall interior space, which makes it comparatively more comfortable than its competitions. The all new Chevrolet Sail Hatchback is to come both in petrol and diesel options carrying the company’s Smartech engine.
