Chinese Carmaker Great Wall Motors Debuts In Indian Car Market
Chinese carmaker Great Wall Motors has finally made its Indian Debut during the ongoing Indian Auto Expo 2020. The carmaker showcased its F Series SUVs including both F5 and F7 models. The company has displayed the conceptual and production version of both these models with the logo of Haval. Both models are based on a new global design philosophy. Besides, F5 and F7 SUVs the carmaker also showcased the conceptual vehicles including Haval Concept H and the vision 2025 which will be an electric SUV.
To begin with Haval F5 SUV. According to company sources, the new SUV is regarded as the best combination of the contemporary and intelligent vehicle that has been developed strictly for young buyers. Under the hood, it is equipped with 1.5 liters, a turbo-direct injection petrol engine mated with the seven-speed dual-clutch automatic system along with an option of a six-speed manual gearbox.
The F5 is powered by a 1.5-liter, turbo-direct injection petrol engine, equipped with a 7-speed dual-clutch automatic, and a 6-speed manual gearbox. The highlights of Havel 5 are mind-blowing looks, connected technology, exciting driving experience, and intelligent safety features. The list of other features includes muscular bumper with DRLs with air intakes, underbody cladding, faux diffuser, aggressive front grille with LED headlamps and a few more. Inside the cabin, it receives a soft-touch dashboard, a large infotainment system, and a flat-bottom steering wheel. The side profile receives a coupe-like roofline, whereas the rear front adorns dynamic bumper, wraparound taillamps, dual exhaust pipes, and cladding.
Speaking about the other SUV, Haval F7 showcased during the Auto Expo. It is empowered with 1.5-liter T-GDI turbo-petrol and 2.0-liter T-GDI engine. The transmission duties in both engines are performed by a seven-speed dual-clutch automatic gearbox. With the mind-blowing design, the exterior front of this SUV is equipped with large LED headlamps, hexagonal grille, round-shaped foglamps, and broad air dam. The SUV is considered as the masterpiece vehicle that embellishes the best available AI connected features.
