Datsun To Unveil Cross On January 18, 2018
Datsun the subsidiary of Japanese car maker Nissan Motors will finally unveil the production concept of its upcoming crossover on January 18, 2018 in Jakarta, Indonesia. Recently the teaser image of the crossover was displayed over the internet revealing the name of crossover to be christened as Cross. The conceptual unit of the Go Cross was displayed during the last Indian Auto Expo held two years back in 2016 and since then the car maker had been working on the same. According to the image teased in the cyber world the Datsun Cross continues the same styling features like big fog lamps, projector headlamps with LED DRLs and few more.

Talking about the mechanical features in Indonesia the Cross would be empowered with 1.2 litre, three cylinder petrol engine boosting the power of 68 bhp and torque 104 Nm. It is rumored that the Japanese car maker will showcased the same version during the upcoming Indian Auto Expo 2018 and will launch it during the later months of the year. After launch in Indian car market it will compete against Maruti CelerioX, Mahindra KUV 100 NXT, Tata Nexon, Ford EcoSport, Maruti Suzuki Vitara Brezza and others in the segment.

According to the reports the spies had captured the prototype of the Cross in Indonesia during the month of December 2017 and looked like as an advanced version of Go+ MPV outsourcing features like black cladding across the body, silver plate mounted on the bumper, roof spoiler etc.
