Details about facelift Renault Duster disclosed
Renault Duster one of the best SUV which has been sold with two different names as Dacia in some markets and Duster in some market by French car maker Renault has now undergone few major cosmetic changes which are similar to recent version of facelift Dacia. Company had facelifted Dacia sometimes during the month of August and unveiled the same during Frankfurt Motor Show last month. The facelift Duster is almost similar to Dacia except that it its grille has been slated with single grille and the same changes has been introduced on the roof rails, which can be easily identified.
The changes introduced in the interiors include new gauges, redesigned front seats, relocation of power window buttons, new upholstery, media NAV infotainment system, which in current model is offered as an optional package has been now integrated in the top end variants.
As far as mechanical changes are concerned the facelift will carry the same 1.6 litre petrol engine followed by newly introduced 1.2 litre TCe petrol engine, in which former engine will be mated with five speed manual system whereas the later engine which has been newly introduced to compete with 1.0 litre engine of EcoBoost from Ford will be mater with six speed manual system. Similarly the diesel variant will carry the same 1.5 litre diesel engine offering the two power options of 85PS and 110 PS. It is expected that company will display the facelift Duster during upcoming Indian Auto Expo. Till then stay tuned with carkhabri.
