Electric Aerial Vehicle Jetson ONE Launched by A Swedish Startup
For all those who are dreaming to drive a flying car their dream is soon going to come true. However, for that, they will be required to pay USD 92,000 (Rs 69,09,204). According to reports, Sweden based start-up Jetson has launched ONE personal electric aerial vehicle after showcasing its prototype in 2018. Recently the company has launched the consumer-grade version of the ONE eVTOL. According to sources of the company, it has already booked the limited edition of the vehicle for the year 2022 and now receiving the bookings for 2023.

In a video, released by the company, the vehicle is seen moving above the Tatooine-Esque desert. On its official website, the company claims that the vehicle can fly up to the maximum speed of 63 mph for up to 20 minutes. According to Tomasz Patan, Founder and Technical Director, Jetson, said, "The Jetson ONE is built around a rigid aluminium space frame with eight powerful electric motors. It utilizes composite carbon fibre and cutting-edge 3D printed components, making it an extremely lightweight design. It is also equipped with many safety features including a redundant propulsion system and a ballistic parachute. It is a dream to fly."
The company is planning to start delivering the prototype of its commercial version. The company will commence the production of JETSON ONE next summer and will immediately start its delivery. In the words of Peter Ternstrom, Co-founder, JETSON, "Our mission is to make flight available to everyone. The Jetson ONE is an electric helicopter that you can own and fly. We intend to make everyone a pilot".
