Facelift Hyundai Verna landing soon in Indian car market
The Korean car maker Hyundai Motors will be bringing the updated New Verna Facelift with the aesthetic changes in the front of the car. The cosmetic changes will aim to continue the sales momentum before coming the new generation model. Hyundai will launch Hyundai Verna mid-sized sedan on 16th of Feb, 2015. It will be competing with the new Honda City, VW Vento and the Maruti Ciaz sedan.

It is recently launched in Russian market and being sold as Solaris. Various Spy shot has been taken to disguise the new avatar of Hyundai Verna. It has a Fluidic 2.0 design and look like as Sonata. It is being expected that there would also be some updates in the Indian- version. The Facelift is likely to have a bumper and headlamps along with new LEDs and a rear bumper and a new front grill. It also includes a new touchscreen-based infotainment system. The car will remain unchanged so that the car makers might want to put in some more features.
There will be some visual changes in the car and the greasy changes in diesel and petrol variants and it will also have a new engine tuning that will improve the performance and the economy as well. This car is likely to have a 1.6-litre diesel and petrol engines and 1.4-litre diesel and petrol engines having a six-speed manual for diesel and a five-speed manual gearbox for petrol. It is also reported that it could have a six-speed automatic gearbox. It is speculated that the price of the car would be ranging from Rs 7.30 lakh to Rs. 11.50 lakh brackets and will grab its share in the Indian sedan segment.
