Facelift Hyundai Verna spied in China
Hyundai Verna also known as Hyundai Rena in Chinese car market has been witnessed testing on roads in China. According to report after unveiling the facelift Verna during Guangzhou Auto Expo 2013, the Korean car maker is all set to launch the facelift Verna (Rena) in Chinese car market. Industry experts believe that company might unveil the same facelift of Verna during the upcoming Indian Auto Expo 2014 and may launch it for sale during the second quarter of year.

The new version of Verna will carry the same engine options as existing in the current line up with two engine options in both variants. The petrol variant will be offered with 1.4 litre engine developing the power of 1.5 bhp and the other one with 1.6 litre engine generating the power of 121 bhp. On the other side diesel variant will be equipped with 1.4 litre diesel engine generating the power of 89 b hp and the other one with 1.6 litre diesel engine churning the power of 126 bhp. The petrol variant will equipped with five speed manual transmission system, whereas the diesel with six speed manual transmission system followed by an option of four speed automatic system.
The facelift Verna will be blessed with some changes including newly designed grille, new headlight cluster, new alloy wheels, sunroof at the exterior front. On the interiors it might carry six airbags, Electronic Stability Control (ESC), Vehicle Stability Management (VSM) and ABS with EBD. After launch in Indian car market it will be a tough contender for Honda City, Maruti SX4 and Linea facelift.
