Facelift S60 and XC60 launched by Volvo in Indian car market
Volvo India, the Indian arm of Swedish car maker Volvo has launched facelift Volvo XC60 SUV and Volvo S60 sedan in Indian car market today at New Delhi. Both these cars have been launched with price tag of Rs 40.50 lakh and Rs. 29.50 lakh (ex-showroom price in New Delhi) respectively. Both the cars have undergone various uplifts and are available for sale through all Volvo dealer located within the country. Before launching both these cars in Indian car market Volvo had showcased them at Geneva Motor show this year and at present both of them are being sold in European countries. As far as major changes introduced in this facelift are concerned company has carried the existing engine options in both cars, however it has introduced various remarkable cosmetic changes in the exteriors and interiors of both these vehicles.
The features adorned in both cars are digital instrument cluster, city safe technology, revamped upholstery, high defined multimedia system, seven inch touchscreen TFT instrument panel, three spoke steering with paddle shifters and dual chrome exhaust pipes. Apart from this on the exterior sides both cars have been upgraded with broad front fascia followed by broad grille and newly designed lamps, and alloy wheels.
As far as availability of color options is concerned S60 will be available in Passion red, vibrant copper, crystal white pearl and power blue color. On the other side XC60 will be available in metallic black, electric silver, Caspian blue, twilight bronze, flamenco red peal, crystal white pearl, bright silver, metallic and rich java color.
