Facelift Skoda Yeti Spied for first time
Skoda India, the Indian arm of Czech car maker had showcased the new Yeti Crossover during the Indian Auto Expo 2014 and is expected to launch the same in Indian car market during the upcoming festive season. Now it is for the first time that spies have succeeded witnessing the facelift Yeti going under test drives on Indian roads, thus indicating its launch soon in coming couple of months. The facelift Yeti will be offered in two avatars of which one would be Style version and the other one be Outdoor version. The Style version as the name suggests receives unique and incredible design while the Outdoor version according to its name is developed in aggressive and dynamic looks including black bumpers, bash plates and door sills, plastic claddings and black bumpers.

The facelift Yeti will continue the same existing engine configuration as offered in the existing version with option of front wheel drive and all wheel drive. The Yeti 2014 will sport 2.0 litre diesel engine with FWD wheel variant churning the power of 108 bhp and torque of 250Nm, while the AWD will develop the power of 138 bhp and torque of 320Nm.
According to reports received from spies the new Skoda Yeti sports newly developed front grille, rectangular head lamps with option of bi-xenons and LED DRLS, on the rear side its receives C-shaped tail lamps with LEDs and new tailgate. The crossover also receives new alloy wheels and will also be offered in new colors.
