Fiat Avventura spied on Indian Roads
Fiat Avventura the new crossover of Fiat Motors which was showcased during the Indian Auto Expo 2014 has been spotted testing on Indian roads. Avventura is one of the highly anticipated vehicles from Italian car maker to be launched in Indian car market during next five years following the facelift version of Punto hatchback. The upcoming crossover would be launched in both petrol and diesel disguises with 1,2 litre petrol, 1.4 litre T-Jet and 1.3 litre Multijet diesel engine and after launch would compete against Volkswagen Cross Polo and Toyota Etios Cross.
According to reports received from spies the crossover at first instance gives an impression of Punto facelift, but the presence of roof rails and placement of spare wheel at its back differentiates it from facelift Punto. The Avventura in real sense in an advanced version of Punto which is developed with plastic cladding applied across it.
Talking about the looks of Avventura the spies could not succeed to capture any leakages as the vehicle was strictly camouflaged. However the side profile witnessed the presence of new alloy wheels and ORVMs with turn indicators.
