Fiat India, the Indian arm of Italian car maker Fiat has initiated a free check-up to be organized from October 17th to October 19th, 2014. In this pre-winter free check-up camp of Fiat cars the Fiat owners would also be offered significant discounts on different services carried on their car, apart from regular check up of car. This camp would be organized in 96 cities throughout the country. The camp will carry out intensive 52 point check-up of car looking after visibility and heating and cooling system of cars. The car owners coming to camp for check up would also be offered 20 percent discount on labour followed by ten percent discount on parts installed in their car by replacing the defective parts and also complimentary top-up of cleaning solution required for cleaning front windshield. The Fiat owners would be informed about the organization of this camp through emails and mobile messages. The camp would be carried out on 114 workshop of company located across 96 cities. With such camps car maker is making efforts to explore its activities to large customer base.

According to Mr. Nagesh Basavanhalli, President and Managing Director, Fiat Chrysler, India Operations, with such check up camps their group would be constantly working on reaching its huge existing and prospective customer base. Moving ahead he also added that with such camps, company will rejuvenate its image of offering quality after sales service across the country. In the words of Mr. Basavanhalli, company has received positive response from customers on all free check up camps organized in past.

 

Expected Review of Fiat Avventura

It would be important to mention that car maker is working hard to strengthen its position in Indian car market. As an impact of this strategy the car maker had established about 100 dealers within the country during 2013 and intends to take this number to 150  by the end of this year. It is also reported that company will also showcase its upcoming crossover Avventur and recently launched Punto Evo hatchback in this free check up camp.
