Fiat Punto and Linea Absolute editions launching on 19th September

Fiat India is about to add more charm to its exiting lineup. The Fiat Punto and Fiat Linea Absolute Editions are launching tomorrow. The most important thing about these cars is that these offer a lot of accessories at the same price. It is believed that Fiat is offering as high as Rs 57 k worth accessories on Linea at the same price. These are limited edition models and are expected to give a fresh boost to the Fiat car sales in the country. In addition to the accessories, the company is also offering a huge discount of 50 percent on insurance. Meanwhile, the Fiat Grande Punto Sport which was launched lately has picked up sales as it is the most powerful 90 bhp hatchback in the country.

The Linea and Punto Absolute Editions will been launched at a time when the sales are picking up and car buyers are sure that diesel prices will now not increase in the near future at least 4-5 months. However, the expectation that the government might reduce the price of diesel is still at large but the government seems adamant on its stand. The Absolute edition of Linea and Punto hatchback will be available from tomorrow and the company believes that the two cars will be attracting considerable number of customers this festive season. However, industry experts believe differently and expected Fiat to launch some new car in India rather than shuffling the accessories and adding something or experimenting with the present two cars.

The Line Absolute has a lot of add on features from the regular model. These are parking assistance though sensors, the boot lid has chrome finish, the door sill get a premium look with Fiat branding, carpets inside the car are beige in color, extra mudguards are there. Most important addition is the addition of tablet that has navigational facility and s equipped with 3G. Meanwhile, the Grande Punto has grey carpets and some other accessories as in the Linea.
