Fiat to Initiate Second Edition of Loyalty Camp 2016

Organising free service camps for their existing customers is one of the common practices to strengthen their relations with existing customers, and therefore such camps are organised at regular intervals by car makers. Encouraged from the success of its first free Loyalty Camp, Fiat Chrysler Automobile India (FCA), the Indian arm of Italian car Fiat is going to organise its second Loyalty Camp for its customers scheduled between September 19, 2016 and September 25, 2016 throughout the country.
In camp the existing customers of Fiat cars will be offered with plethora of benefits including 15% discount on spare parts and on labor charges. With this the company also offers 50 point free check up and free top wash to customers coming into the camp. To make customers of Fiat cars aware about the organisation of camp the dealers of FCA across the country will send messages and emails to let them know about the event. With this to repeat the success of first Loyalty Camp company also plans to promote event by making use of social media platforms including Twitter and Facebook.

Speaking about the second Loyalty Camp, Mr. Kevin Flynn, President and Managing Director, FCA India said, “FCA regularly conducts multiple service camps through the year. We encourage customers to take full advantage of these special service camps in order to maintain their Fiat cars at the lowest possible cost. We at FCA recognise that after-sales plays a key role in customer satisfaction and this is just one initiative which we are taking to make sure our customers across India can avail themselves of good value high skilled service."
Talking about Fiat Chryslar, it is an International car manufacturing group which is involved in varied industrial operations related with automobile industry through different companies present in 40 countries throughout the world. With this the Italian car maker is also involved in commercial activities in almost 150 countries. In international car market car is selling its cars under the flagship of Chrysler, Abarth, Dodge, Riat, Jeep, SRT, Fiat Professional, Alfa Romeo, Lancia, Fiat Professional, and luxurious brand Maserati. For production of its cars company acquires raw materials from Magneti, Marelli and Teksid.
