Ford exploring its network in country

With an objective of making its reach closer to its customers Ford India is exploring its sales and service network throughout the country, as an impact of its expansion plan within the short span of time its number of outlets has increased to 304 outlets in 164 cities as against 274 outlets in 146 cities sometimes back. The new outlets have been established in small cities namely Faridabad, Noida, Sriganaganagar, Jhansi, Shillong, Dimapur, Hosur, Kochi, Sanand, Raipur, Nashik, Chandrapur and Panvel. According to sources of company it targets to explore its sales and service outlet to 500 by the end of next year.
 
According to Mr. Nigel Harris, President, Ford India, the main objective of company is to make Ford a brand name which is easily accessible to its perspective customers in every corner of country. With network of 304 sales and service network in 164 cities company is making it easier for customers to enjoy the products and services of this established brand at their door steps.
 
It would  be interested to know that apart from exploring its sales and service network across the country company has recently initiated Happy Pocket Service for its customers. Apart from this company is also offering various customer centric services including pan-India roadside assistance, 90 minute quick service bays and mobile service vans. The main objective of all these initiatives is to instant reach to customers.
