Ford readying Ecosport for launch, B Max MPV, new Endeavour on cards
The year ahead seems to be the year governed by some fabulous car launches by Ford India that were pending since last year. The most anticipated one will be the Ford Ecosport SUV followed by lot of other car launches. Meanwhile, the car giant has registered a spur in exports from India and Ford Figo has reportedly excelled in sales in December. This achievement is worth it as most of the other car makers have indicated meek growth in the last month following tough market conditions.

Apart from Ecosport that will be giving a rugged fight to Renault Duster, the car maker could also pitch in the facelift model of Ford Endeavour. Meanwhile, there are reports that it is also readying the Ford B Max MPV to take on Maruti Ertiga. This minivan is believed to be second most important car launch in this year. As per sources information, the car maker will be launching as many as eight new products in the next three years and this year will be most crucial in terms of new car launches by Ford India.

In addition to the Ecosport,Ford B Max and new Endeavour, Ford is also reportedly planning to replace Endeavour with a new Ford SUV. Soon, the new Figo and new Ford Fiesta Classic will also get their new avatars. Rumor mongers also propagate that Ford has Ecosport as its target for this year and it is highly banking on the 1 L EcoBoost petrol engine as well as the Ford Fiesta derived diesel engine options to fetch a lot of response in the Indian car market. Notably, the recent new avatar of the Ford Figo has done quite well and it is because of this car that Ford is able to pose decent sales in the last month.
