Ford To Launch Endeavour 2019 On February 22, 2019
It is rumored that U.S based car maker Ford is going to launch the updated version of its giant shaped SUV Endeavour in the Indian car market on February 22, 2019, and commence its sales from the first week of March this year. Continuing the existing engine configurations, the Endeavour 2019 will undergo subtle cosmetic changes on both the interior and exterior front. On the exterior front, it will be equipped with sleek front grille and lower air intake frame, the side profile will receive the set of new 20-inch split spoke alloy wheels. There will be no cosmetic updates on the rear front.
Talking about the mechanical changes, as referred above, it will be equipped with existing 3.2 litre single turbo diesel engine, that is capable of boosting the power of 200 PS and the torque of 470Nm. The transmission duties will be performed by six-speed automatic transmission system. It is speculated that company might also offer the option of 2.2 single turbo-diesel engine that is capable of generating the power of 160 PS and the torque of 385Nm.
Talking about the additional features in the new Endeavour, the list will comprise of passive keyless entry, foot-activated power tailgate, facilitating the smooth loading of luggage, push-button start and few more. One thing which could disappoint the buyers of next-generation Endeavour is the absence of safety features like autonomous emergency brakes, pedestrian, and vehicle detection, which are offered in its version introduced in the International car market.
