Free check-up by Fiat for Fiat owners
Fiat Group Automobiles India Pvt Ltd, the Indian alliance of Italian car maker Fiat has initiated free summer camp for Fiat car owners throughout the country. The campaign has been scheduled from May 7 to May 9, 2015 and would be offered by all the dealers of car maker. During the campaign the car would undergo 60 point check up followed by free wash and air conditioner check-up. Apart from this the owners coming into this campaign for getting their cars checked would be given discount of ten percent on labour charges along with discount of Rs. 525 on installing reverse parking sensor as an additional accessory item on the existing car.
According to Mr. Kevin Flynn, President and Managing Director, FIAT, Chrysler India Operations, the upcoming initiative by company is a step towards getting the existing owners of Fiat cars engaged strongly with company. The camp is also an illustration of company’s commitment towards superior after sales services to its customers. Mr. Flynna said that earlier also they have witnessed positive response from the customers for organizing such camps. With such camps company also wants to exhibit its concern of paying attention towards the safety of its customers and their cars.
It would be interested to know that Italian car maker is working hard on retaining its existing customer base and with such initiatives it is enjoying success in its endeavors. Such camps are also helpful in strengthening company’s position as a brand name and helps in sustaining the trust of its customers towards the company. With this company is also expanding its dealership network across the country.
