To offer its support to people suffering in flood-affected areas of northern India, Volkswagen India has announced to offer complimentary 24x7 free Road Side Assistance till August 31, 2023. This service is offered to Volkswagen owners in states and Union Territories of Jammu & Kashmir, Punjab, Himachal Pradesh, Uttarakhand, Haryana, Delhi, Uttar Pradesh, Chandigarh, and Rajasthan.
To avail this service, customers in flood-affected areas have to call 18001021155 or 18004191155 for instant support. The Volkswagen Road Side Assistance team will drop the affected vehicles to the nearest Volkswagen dealer on a priority basis. According to reports, the company has issued necessary repair guidelines for repairs to dealerships to provide immediate service to suffering customers. The dealers are instructed to provide the complete check-up of the vehicles and perform necessary repairs on time.
Commenting on this, the sources of the company said that this is in accordance to its aim of ensuring the safety of its customers and helping them to resume their normal life. Earlier this month, the German luxurious carmaker had initiated the annual monsoon service campaign throughout its 120 dealers across the country. The campaign is running successfully and benefitting customers bringing their vehicles for necessary maintenance and repairs. The company is also offering alluring offers like Service Value Package, Extended Warranty, and value-added services to Volkswagen owners bringing their vehicles in the campaign. Customers can also enjoy the facility of doorstep service if they can’t take their vehicles to the service camp for any reason.
