Generation next Renault Duster launched with price tag of Rs. 8.30 lakh (ex-showroom)
With an objective to retain its strong position in compact SUV segment, French car maker Renault has launched the advanced version of its highly acclaimed product Duster in Indian car market with completely new avatar. The worth mentioning feature of this generation next Duster is that apart from offering fuel efficient performance, new comfort and safety features, and various contemporary cosmetic changes the new Duster has been offered with price tag of Rs. 8.30 lakh (ex-showroom price, New Delhi).
Talking about the technical changes the sources of Renault said that as an impact of these changes the new Renault delivering the power of 110 PS will now deliver an average of 19.64 kmpl whereas the variant generating the power of 85 PS will deliver an average of 19.87 kmpl. Driving the vehicle in ECO mode will delivering improved fuel efficient performance upto 10% maintaining proper balance between power and torque. Addressing the launch of next generation Duster, Mr. Sumit Sawhney, Country CEO and Managing Director, Renault Operations India, said that Duster has played an appreciating role in establishing the name of Renault in Indian car market. He also said that company has tried to retain Duster as one of its highly focused product and with regular enhancements company is sure that new Duster will maintain take the “Legacy of Duster” in Indian car market to new levels.
Other features offered in generation next duster includes gear shift indicator, arm rest, multi information display with service reminders, ECO mode, new steering wheel, speed sensitive door lock, cruise control and speed limiter, new fabric upholstery, newly developed dashboard, and improved cabin.
