This service is available for Hyundai car owners and can be enjoyed on mobile based on android and iOS operating system. The mobile application service facilitates the Hyundai owners to avail different kinds of services provided by HMIL including different types of services, service network, car service calculator and service appointment. Hyundai car owners can download Hyundai Care application from Google Play Store and also from Applie iTunes store.

 

The Hyundai Care application facilitates the Hyundai owners to make complete use of all services provided by Hyundai by just pressing a single key of their smartphone. The service has been developed by making use of latest technical features including GPS enabled trip meter, revising details of car service, insurance calculator, labor charges, service reminder, and various notices issued by company to its customers etc.  Apart from it, this service facilitates the customers to stay connected for 24x7 hours with HMIL in case of any road side assistance or emergency.

 

Speaking on the launch of service, Mr. Rakesh Srivastava, Senior Vice President, Sales and Marketing, HMIL said, that Hyundai has developed this service to deliver actual benefit of all services to its customers at an ease. He also added that company feels that with Hyundai Care application HMIL enables its customers to make use of this service on digital platform.

 

With introduction of Hyundai Care application service company focuses on its objective of establishing close relation with its customers and brings transparency in the services offered by it, enabling the customers to give their direct feedback to dealer about the services enjoyed by them. The service also facilitates the customers to share updates on facebook page of Hyundai and get instant information regarding various services offered by HMIL
