Hyundai RN30 (i30N) concept rendered before its launch
Denying all earlier speculations of raising the curtains from its premium hatchback i30N, promoted as RN30 concept during the upcoming Paris Motor Show 2016, Korean car maker Hyundai has rendered the images of this hot hatchback in cyber world. According to industry experts this is a part of Korean car maker’s promotional strategy to promote hatchback among car enthusiasts and make them curious towards this proposed hatchback. From the images rendered by car maker it is seen that company has worked hard on developing its exteriors impressive and aggressive than its predecessors.
The i30N (RN30) will be empowered with 2.0 litre turbocharged petrol engine which will generate the power between 240 and 260 bhp and will be equipped with sensitive power steering, stiffer engine mounts with contemporary changes continuing towards front axle. Company sources have revealed that the production line up of i30N like other cars of “N” series will be different from regular cars manufactured by car maker. From the images it is seen that the hatchback will carry two door design pattern. The stretched wheel arches reveal that hatchback will embellish big and broad wheels. Being a sportier hatchback the front fascia will carry sleek look followed by aggressive headlights. It will however continue with company’s large fog light, newly developed bumper, hexagonal grille, and side skirts.
One thing which might disappoint the Indian car enthusiasts is that i30N will not be offered in Indian car market, at-least there are no indications of its launch in coming one year. But still company has some interesting plans for Indian car market. Recently Hyundai had confirmed to launch its proposed SUV Tucson in Indian car market sometimes during the month of October 2016. With this company’s new compact SUV Carlino is also in pipeline for launch in India sometimes during the last months of 2017 or in the beginning of 2018.
