Hyundai to bring a compact SUV in Indian car market by next year
Going through the increasing craze of buyers towards compact SUV, Korean car maker Hyundai Motors is also going to bring a compact SUV in Indian car market sometimes during next year. This was confirmed by Mr. Rakesh Srivastva, Senior Vice President, Marketing and Sales, Hyundai Motors India Pvt Ltd, although the name of compact SUV to be launched in 2015 is yet to be decided.
The industry experts speculate that this compact SUV could be Hyundai ix25 the small edition of ix35 model which was showcased during the Beijing Motor Show held in April. Although the Korean car maker has not yet declared that whether the vehicle would be launched outside China or not but once any vehicle is joined in any part of country within the short time it is also launched in other parts of world also.
The proposed compact SUV had been developed on car maker’s latest Fluidic Sculpture 2.0 design can carry most of its resemblance from its elder sibling Santa Fe but still it gets most of its cues from Hyundai ix35. The other expected features in ix25 could be LED Daytime running lights, dynamic front fascia standardized with hexagonal chrome grille and enlarged bumper equipped with fog lamps, skid plates and many more. The headlights of this compact SUV carry swept back design whereas the tail lights get wrapped design.
