India Made Electric Coupe Pravaig Extinction Ready For Launch In 2021

Amid all the major carmakers still working on bringing the electric version of their existing portfolio in the Indian car market, one more Indian electric car company the Pravaig Dynamics has come out with an electric coupe christened as Extinction Mk1. The electric coupe is believed to make its debut sometime in 2021 and will be offered on lease to the fleet operators. According to reports in the first phase the Pravaig Extinction will be launched in Delhi and Bengaluru, and then in the rest of the Indian cities. It is also reported that the company will manufacture only 2,500 units of the electrical coupe annually.
 
First Look of Pravaig Extinction Mk1
 
According to the company sources under the hood, the Pravaig Extinction will generate the power of 202 hp and the torque of 2,400Nm. With the top speed of 196 km, it will touch the mark of 100 kmph within 5.4 seconds. On a single charge, it is endorsed to deliver an average of 504 km. It has an efficiency of charging up to 80% in half-an-hour.
 
It would be interesting to know that the average of Extinction Mk1is miles ahead from the average delivered by the electric vehicles already existing in the Indian car market. At present, the Hyundai Kona delivers an average of 452 Km on a full charge, MG ZS 340Km, and the recently launched Mercedes-Benz delivers an average of 350Km, on a single charge. If Pravaig Extinction delivers the endorsed average, then it will be undoubtedly the best EV available in India.
Speaking about its design, the front fascia of Extinction Mk1embellishes sharp lines and a sleek bonnet. With its unique looks and design, the Extinction Mk1 has the potential of looking different from the other electric vehicles running on the Indian roads.
