Indian Auto Expo 2016: Mahindra to showcase XUV Aero 300 Coupe SUV concept
After successful launch of sub compact SUV KUV100 in Indian car market on January 15, 2016 domestic car maker Mahindra and Mahindra is speculating to showcase XUV Aero coupe SUV Concept during the forthcoming Indian Auto Expo to be held in February this year. An outline image of the same concept was revealed by car maker recently in cyber world. The concept of this new SUV has been developed by team of 45 experts under the supervision of car designing expert Ramkripa Anathan getting regular feedback of Italian car designing company Pininfarnia.
Commenting on the new design Dr. Pawan Goenka, Executive Director, M&M, said “Mahindra has stressed on the design in XUV Aero coupe SUV". Indian customers like little bit of flamboyance; it would be a little bit over the top. Some experts may say M&M has gone overboard; I would say, yes M&M has gone overboard by design and not by accident”. According to images leaked in internet world the new coupe SUV will get dynamic design language focusing on the new designing strategy to be adopted by car maker for the vehicles manufactured under its flagship.
Apart from showcasing this conceptual vehicle during the auto expo 2016 car M&M will also locate a design studio to explain the reasons behind formation of Aero coupe SUV. Along with this the pavilion of M&M will also exhibit about 20 vehicles comprising of two wheelers and trucks. Other attractions from native car maker will comprise of electronic version of Verito and Maxximo, and standardized version SUV TUV300 and Tivoli followed by sportier version of E20 with wireless charging system.
