Announcing the dates of upcoming Indian Auto Expo 2018, Mr. Vishnu Mathur, Director General, SIAM, said "The Auto Expo has conventionally been one of the most pursued platforms for the automobile industry in India and with the continued success of the show, it has gained a global thrust giving the participating brands a worldwide exposure. Auto Expo – The Motor Show 2018 is aimed at celebrating the industry’s biggest automotive event offering an opportunity to the Industry and visitors to Co-Create, Co-Exist and Celebrate."

It is believed that this time also the show will witness an overwhelming response from car enthusiasts and manufacturers across the world. But one thing which might disappoint the car loves this time is absence of Volkswagen Group from the show, that means the car aspirants will be not be able to enjoy the glimpse of upcoming car from Volkswagen, Audi, and Skoda. Anyhow it doesn’t mean that there will be no attractions in the Auto Show, it is reported that infants like Kia and others will be marking their strong presence during the show, and reveal the future concept of the car.
