Lamborghini Aventador Roadster launched

The Italian car maker Lamborghini has unveiled the Lamborghini Aventador Roadster. The Aventador Coupe has already been launched a year ago. As per the official website, the Aventador Roadster has been designed to appeal to all the five senses and the occupants will have a feel of the performance, styling and the maneuverability of the car. The new model is known as Aventador LP 700-4 Roadster and is an open top car leaving the sky as the limit. With a record performance levels, the car sprints to 100 kmph in just 3 seconds and can attain a top speed of 350 kmph and that has been controlled. The car was unveiled in Singapore.
 

The 6.5 L V 12 engine that has abundant power of 700 hp is mated to a 7 speed gearbox to make sure that the car literally zooms to speed without delay. Lamborghini is posing this car as if it has no competition. But the Rs 3.40 crore price Ferrari FF is the prime competitor of this car. The Italian car maker has also handpicked colors for this car and it has been so finished that the shade varies just as the angle of light changes. New Dione 20"/21" rims are part of the style statement of the Roadster Aventador.
 

The engine has been place centrally with a spinal column and two hexagonal windows on the sides. This in fact differs it from the Aventador Coupe model. Sabbia Nefertem leather gives a new look to the car. The roof is made of carbon fibre and is extremely lightweight and easy to handle. It is not automatic and has to be fixed manually. It can be stored in the front compartment. It weighs only 6 kgs. On the other hand, the reason behind Singapore launch is that the country has the highest ratio of millioners and the Italian car maker sees the country as a destination that could give it some desired numbers.
