Lucrative Offers On BS-VI Compliant Vehicles By Hyundai

Hyundai India, the Indian alliance of Korean carmaker Hyundai Motors has continued the discounts offered last month on the few of its months during this month also. These offers can, however, be availed by medical personals, chartered accountants, teachers, and corporate employees. It would be interesting to know that amid the lockdown across the country the Korean carmaker has initiated an online sales platform to sell its vehicles. The offers offered by the carmaker are provided on the following cars.

Hyundai Grand i10: Launched almost seven years back in 2013 the Grand i10 hatchback succeeded in receiving an encouraging response from the buyers and undergone the mid-life facelift in 2017. Recently going through the conversion of vehicles according to BS6 norms the company has upgraded the vehicle accordingly with a 1.2-liter engine boosting the power of 83 bhp. The BS6 engine has been offered only Magna and Sportz trim. The upgraded Grand i10 has been offered with additional benefits up to Rs. 48,000.
 
Hyundai Santro: Despite being recognized as one of the spacious hatchbacks available in the country, the entry-level vehicle Santro by the carmaker could not enjoy the expected success in India due to its high prices in the segment. It is empowered with a 1.1-liter petrol engine and mated with a five-speed manual and AMT transmission system. The hatchback is offered with the benefits of Rs. 43,000.
 
Hyundai Elantra: The luxurious sedan received the facelift in 2019 and got an angular design followed by a BS6 compliant, 2.0-liter petrol engine. According to reports, the company is also going to upgrade its diesel variant with a BS6 compliant engine with a 1.5-liter engine. However, as for now, the company is offering a discount of Rs. 1.03 lakh on its purchase.
 
Hyundai Grand i10 Nios: Promoted as an advanced version Grand i10 hatchback, the Nios hatchback is empowered with 1.2-liter petrol and 1.2-liter diesel engine boosting the power of 83 bhp and 75 bhp respectively. The group of selected customers can buy the Grand i10 Nios at a discount of Rs. 28,000.
 
Hyundai Elite i20: Although the company has dropped the diesel variant of the hatchback due to high upgrading cost into BS6 compliant engine, and going to soon the BS6 compliant petrol variant in India, that was recently unveiled in the International market. The company is offering a discount of up to Rs. 38,000 on the purchase of its existing variant.
