Mahindra Launches Marazzo With The Price Tag Of Rs. 9.99 Lakh
Domestic car maker Mahindra & Mahindra has finally launched its highly awaited MPV Marazzo in the Indian car market with the starting price tag of Rs. 9.99 lakh (ex-showroom price, India). The MPV has been launched in both seven and eight seater option and offered with contemporary features like disc brakes, side impact protection, isofix for child protection and front dual airbags as standard features. It will be offered in four trims namely M2, M4, M6 and M8 with six color options comprising of shimmering silver, oceanic black, aquamarine, iceberg while and Poseidon purple.
Under the hood, Marazzo is empowered with the new 1.5 litre 4 cylinder engine that is capable of generating the power of 121 bhp and the torque of 300Nm, the transmission duty is performed by six-speed manual transmission system. An interesting feature embellished in Marazzo is Ecosense mode, driving the MPV on this mode generates the power of 100 bhp rather than 121 bhp, and deliver better fuel efficiency. Along with this one more interesting feature adorned in Marazzo is the integration of emergency call features that sends message and makes call to the registered family members and friends, in case airbags do not operate on time in case of a crash. Marazzo is offered with three years/100,000 kms warranty, which can be extended according to the wish of the buyer.
Other features offered in Marazzo includes parking brake lever, dual tone interior, cruise control, digisense, one touch tumble down middle row seat, sunshade for second-row occupants, seven-inch touchscreen infotainment system with Android Auto, Haptic feedback and capsense technology and many more. One thing which might disappoint the buyers is an absence of Apple CarPlay system. The infotainment system of base and mid-sized variants have an internal memory of 1.2 GB while the top end variant has an internal memory of 8GB.
