Mahindra XUV700 to Launch On August 15, 2021 With New Logo
It is rumoured that the domestic carmaker Mahindra & Mahindra is going to launch its highly awaited SUV the XUV700 in the Indian car market on August 15, 2021. The SUV will be the first model among the 12 models from the yards of the carmaker that are planned to make their debut in the next five years. The XUV700 will also be the first model from Mahindra with a new logo.

The new Mahindra XUV700 is endorsed to be the most powerful SUV in the segment. It will be offered in both petrol and diesel variants. The petrol variant will be offered with a new 2.0-litre Turbo mStallion engine generating the power of 200 bhp. The diesel variant will be equipped with a 2.2-litre mHawk turbo engine that churns the power of 186 bhp. The transmission duties in the three-row SUV would be performed by a six-speed manual gear transmission system, followed by the option of a six-speed torque converter automatic gearbox.
The SUV is said to be the successor of its elder sibling XUV500, embellished with abundance of amazing features. Some of the notable features reported to be offered in the XUV700 will include the Auto Booster headlamps, smart door handles, a panoramic sunroof. On the safety front it will be equipped with a drowsiness detection alert system along with a list of personalized safety alerts. It will be the first SUV to come with an Advanced Driver Assistance System (ADAS).
