Maruti Suzuki Invicto Prices Start From Rs 24.79 Lakh

Indo-Japanese carmaker Maruti Suzuki India Limited has launched its highest-ever priced product the Invicto MPV in the Indian car market with a starting price of Rs 24.79 lakh (ex-showroom price). The MPV is developed on Toyota Innova HyCross MPV launched last year. Invicto is one more product developed after Maruti and Toyota Kirloskar joined hands to outsource the technical features of their best-selling products.

Engine and Power: Mechanically, Invicto is powered by a 2.0-litre, four-cylinder hybrid engine mated with an electric motor. Both engine and the motor jointly generate the power of 184 bhp and are mated with an e-CVT transmission system. Invicto MPV is the first completely hybrid model from MSIL and also a completely automatic product. It is endorsed to offer an average of 23.24 kmpl and touch the mark from standstill to 100 kmph in 9.5 seconds.

Inside the cabin, it receives the same features as offered in Toyota Innova Hycross. To start with, it gets an all-black interior with Champagne gold stitching.  The other interior parts are almost similar to Hycross offered on seven and eight-seat configurations. The boot space can be extended up to 690 litres after folding the third-row seats. Talking about comfort features available inside Invicto includes a 10.1-inch touchscreen infotainment system that supports connectivity with Android Auto and Apple CarPlay, a panoramic sunroof followed by roof ambient lighting, a 360-degree camera, powered tail-gate and driver-seat, ventilated front seats, cup-holders, more than 50 Suzuki connect features, dual-zone climate control, and few more. On the safety front, it comes equipped with an anti-braking system (ABS), six airbags, a stability control system, a hill-start system,

On the exterior front, the Invicto MPv looks quite different from Toyota Innova Hycross. The front fascia receives dual horizontal chrome slats extending to highlights. The headlights receive Nexa’s famous three-block running lamps. The front bumper and faux skid plates are also different from Invicto. The side profile receives new 17-inch alloy wheels. The rear portion has the same Nexa’s signature three-block taillights.

After launch in the Indian car market, Invicto will go against the likes of Toyota Innova Hycross and also compete with other three-row seated SUVs like Mahindra Scorpio N and XUV700, Tata Safari, MG Hector Plus, and Hyundai Alcazar.
