Maruti Suzuki Showcases Fronx During Lakme Fashion Week
The Indo-Japanese carmaker and the country’s leading car-making company Maruti Suzuki India Limited is getting ready to launch a new crossover Fronx soon in the Indian car market. Recently, the carmaker showcased the Fronx during Lakme Fashion Week. The company will sell Fronx through NEXA showrooms across the country. During the event, many celebrities caught their pictures captured by the side of the subcompact crossover. Among many celebrities posing along with Fronx was the Telugu heartthrob Rashmika Mandana.
Rashmika Mandanan has played incredible roles in moves like Sita Raman, Mission Majnu, Geetha Govindam, Dear Comrade, and Varisu. At present also the Telugu star has many interesting projects under her belt from Tamil, Hindi, Telugu and Kannada movies.
Speaking about Fronx crossover, it is developed on the same platform as used in the best-selling hatchback Baleno by the car maker. It will bridge the gap between Baleno and the compact SUV Brezza. It will get power from a 1.2-litre naturally aspirated petrol engine along with an option of a 1-litre Boosterjet turbo-petrol engine. It will host a bunch of features including a nine-inch Smartplay Pro Plus infotainment system, a heads-up display (HUD), an Arkamys-tuned sound system, Suzuki Connect features, cruise control and a wireless phone charger.
After launch in the Indian car market, it will go against the likes of Renault Kiger, Hyundai Venue, Kia Sonet, Tata Nexon, Mahindra XUV300 and Nissan Magnite.
