Maruti Suzuki SX4 Cross over coming in January 2015
Finally the launch of Maruti Suzuki SX4 Cross over by country’s leading car manufacturing company Maruti Suzuki India Limited seems to end in January 2015. Although the launch date of Cross over is not yet announced but according to authentic sources launch could happen sometimes during the first month of next year. Prior to this car maker had showcased the vehicle during the last Indian Auto Expo 2014.
To begin with it is expected to be offered in diesel disguise which would be empowered with 1.6 litre diesel engine which will boost the power of 118 bhp and torque of 32 kgm. It would be offered with six speed manual gearbox. It is also speculated that car maker may also bring the petrol version of crossover which would be energized with 1.4 litre K series petrol engine. In European car market SX4 crossover is being sold with 1.6 litre petrol engine boosting the power of 120 PS and 156 Nm torque, this trim of petrol variant is accompanied with 1.6 litre Multi jet engine generating power of 120 PS and torque of 320 Nm.
On the exteriors front the SX4 crossover would embellish LED daytime running lights, Allgrip all wheel drive system alike European version, black cladding, 16 inch alloy wheels, scuff plates and many more. Inside the cabin it is speculated to adhere black colored theme with silver trimming. After launch it is anticipated to priced around Rs. 8 lakh and would compete with Renault Duster, Nissan Terrano and Ford EcoSport the dominating cross over’s at present in Indian car market.
