Maruti Suzuki to embellish Swift, Ertiga, and S-Cross with Automatic transmission system
Going through the increasing trend of integrating Automated Manual Transmission system in upcoming cars, country’s leading car maker MSIL is going to introduce the same in other best performing cars namely Swift, Ertiga and recently S-Cross of its portfolio.
According to reports Indo-Japanese car maker is looking to equip most of its products with AMT system keeping its budget restrictions in concern and therefore its cars like Swift and Ertiga would be coated with automatic transmission system. It is rumored that Swift hatchback will be offered with four speed conventional automatic gear transmission system which is similar to Swift Dzire. The S-Cross crossover is reported to be mated with CVT gearbox system.
Here one thing which might disappoint MSIL enthusiasts is that company has not yet disclosed the exact date of rolling these automatic vehicles in Indian car market. However, going through the increasing demand of such vehicles it is speculated that this strategy will soon take place in coming future. It is also rumored that first car in this process would be Swift hatchback.
