Maruti Suzuki YBA compact SUV, what we know so far?
From long back it has been rumored that country’s leading car manufacturer MSIL is bringing a compact SUV named as YBA in Indian car market during the second half of 2016. Now it is reported that spies have witnessed a prototype of same vehicle being tested on roads for the first time. The YBA Compact SUV is speculated to be offered in both petrol and diesel disguises that would be empowered with 1.2 litre K Series and 1.3 litre diesel engines.
Physically YBA is developed on Suzuki’s iV-4 concept that was showcased during the Frankfurt Motor Show 2013. It is speculated to receive features like push/start button, keyless entry system, touchscreen infotainment system, small grille with horizontal slats, flaunt angular tail lams and many more. Earlier it was reported that YBA in Indian car market would be sold as Vitara Brezza as its name has been already registered by the car maker. It is speculated to company will unveil the YBA Compact SUV in a grant event during the Indian Auto Expo 2016 and it would be priced with starting price of Rs.5.5 lakh. After launch it will compete against Ford EcoSport.
