Monsoon Car Care Service Campaign Initiated by Volkswagen
With the arrival of monsoon Kerala, and pre-monsoon rains in various states, Volkswagen India has initiated the Monsoon Car Care camp for its customers in India. The Volkswagen customers throughout the country will be able to enjoy the benefits offered in the campaign. Recently the company also initiated the TCO after-sales campaign to reduce the maintenance costs of its vehicles up to 25%. Earlier the company had announced to extend the warranty and free service packages for customers who could not avail the benefits of these services due to the lockdown.
As a part of this campaign the Volkswagen customers will be offered 10-point monsoon vehicle health check-up, thorough inspection of the components and accessories that require special protection during the monsoon. It also includes check-up of tires and batteries. All these check-ups will be performed by Volkswagen qualified technicians.
The Volkswagen customers bringing their car in this campaign will also be offered vehicle sanitisation service including anti-microbial treatment, ozone treatments, fumigation, and more. According to the sources of the company all its operational units in the country are sanitized daily following standard safety norms. All the work places in the entire country including government and private offices, shops, auto workshops all are operating the guidelines issued by the respective governments of their regions.
