Monsoon Fit Camp initiated by Maruti Suzuki India Limited
With an objective of providing hassle free driving during the season of monsoon country’s leading car manufacturing company Maruti Suzuki India Limited has initiated Monsoon Fit Camp to let the owners of Maruti Cars know about the necessary maintenance steps to be followed during the monsoon season. Apart from this the cars will be intensively checked by the company engineers and the defective parts would be replaced so that owners do not have to face any problem while going for long drive with their family during rains.
The campaign will last till the end of monsoon season and will be organized by all the Maruti Suzuki dealers and service centers across the country. The car maker will also offer specially designed Wiper Kits developed by company engineers at an affordable price. The Monsoon Fit Campaign is promoted with a tagline “Be Aware for Safety and Complete Car Care” and is considered as the best way to engage more than 14 million satisfied customers of Maruti cars within the country.
According to Mr. Pankaj Narula, Executive director, MSIL, Maruti Suzuki is dedicated for offering superior customer services to its respected customers. This initiative during the monsoon season is just an opportunity to get engage with customers and let them know about the relevance of vehicle safety and proper maintenance. Moving ahead Mr. Narula also added that these camps are helpful in also engaging with those customers who due to any reason not get their vehicles serviced at regular intervals.
