More powerful New Tata Indica Vista expected soon

Tata Motors’ well known hatchback, Tata Indica Vista is expected to get blessed with a more strappy and powerful engine and re-tweaked suspension system. Tata Indica Vista has been in the Indian car market since a long time. The USP of this hatchback is that it’s simple, economical and affordable as compared to its opponents, including Fiat Punto, Maruti Swift and Volkswagen Polo. The diesel variant of Vista is quite reasonably priced and is quite spacious, when it comes to the interiors, but sadly it has no great sales figures.

The diesel variant of Tata Indica Vista has a taxi image rather than a normal car and that is the reason why people avoid Indica Vista as using a personal car. To change this persona and notion, Tata is testing its new version of Vista, which has been enhanced both engine and look wise. The new Vista was recently spotted with a ‘Quadrajet 90’ badge. Therefore, it appears that the hatchback fits in 1.3 litre of Fiat multi-jet engine, which produces 90 PS of peak power. This is the same engine, which is also present in Maruti SX4 and Maruti Ertiga.

The new engine will surely make the hatchback more powerful and conversely much not suitable for the commercial use. Besides the hefty engine part, the new Tata Indica Vista will come with refurbished and sporty exteriors. The chrome hits added to the body with some dark pink colored bits here in there make the car come out to be more appealing than ever. Tata is likely to retune the suspension system of the car as well to make it more relaxing and amazing to drive. However, Tata Motors will have to keep in mind the pricing detailing and keep the price tag to be affordable and reasonable as before.
