MSIL SX 4 Cross Spied, might be unveiled during IIFA Awards 2015
It is reported that spies have witnessed Maruti Suzuki Crossover SX 4 S-Cross being tested on Indian roads giving the clues about the features that would be offered in this upcoming Cross-Over which is scheduled to be make its entry in Indian car market sometimes during next month after being unveiled during IIFA Awards 2015 in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia on June 7, 2015.
In Indian car market SX 4 Cross is reported to be named as Across and would be offered in both petrol and diesel trims empowered with 1.3 litre and 1.6 litre engines respectively. The later is reported to generate the power of 118bp and torque of 32 kgm and mated with six speed manual gearbox. According to reports both the variants are said to be fuel efficient vehicles in segment with petrol delivering an average of 20 kmpl and diesel delivering an average of 23 kmpl.
The exteriors of upcoming Across are anticipated to be offered with features like projector headlamps, LED DRLs, scuff plates, 16 inch alloy wheels, smart play infotainment system, multi functional steering wheel, keyless entry and black cladding. It is speculated to be offered with price tag of Rs. 8 lakh and will compete with Nissan Terrano, Ford EcoSport and Renault Duster.
