MSIL To Reveal 2024 Dzire In India On November 11, 2024
The country’s leading car manufacturing company, Maruti Suzuki India Limited, is all set to unveil the updated version of its popular Dzire sedan in India on November 11. The compact sedan Dzire has been a consistent performer in the Indian passenger vehicle segment, especially when there is a shift towards SUVs and crossovers. The refreshed Maruti Suzuki Dzire is speculated to come with a bunch of noticeable changes. Under the hood, the new Dzire will carry the same engine as offered in the new Swift hatchback. The new Dzire will now sport a 1.2-litre, three-cylinder Z-series petrol engine, generating the power of 80 bhp and a torque of 112Nm. The upcoming initiative from the Indo-Japanese carmaker will also be available in CNG trim, boosting the power of 68 bhp and a torque of 101Nm. The compact sedan is likely to come with an option of a five-speed manual gear transmission system and an option of automatic transmission system.

On the exterior front, the new Maruti Suzuki Dzire will adorn a bold, aggressive design, distinguishing it from the current model. The sedan will feature a larger, reshaped radiator grille with multiple chrome accents, enhanced LED headlamps with integrated daytime running lights (DRLs), and updated fog lights. Additional exterior highlights include a redesigned rear with sleek LED tail lights, a shark-fin antenna, and an all-new set of alloy wheels, offering a fresh look to this compact sedan.
Inside the cabin, the 2024 Dzire will carry a redesigned cabin, outsourced from the latest Maruti Suzuki Swift. The base variants are expected to come with the existing dual-tone black and beige colour interiors, while the top-end variants will carry the leather upholstery. The dashboard will receive a faux-wood finish, followed by a nine-inch touchscreen infotainment system for improved connectivity. To give the compact sedan a more premium look the new Dzire 2024 is expected to come with a sunroof and a 360-degree camera, aiming to deliver a more premium driving experience. With the launch date getting closer, it is believed more additional details will emerge online, to retain the stronghold of Dzire in the Indian car market.
