Accord which has been known for its class apart looks and high tech features equipped inside the cabin will not disappoint its fans this time around also. Some of the features which could make place into the dashboard are as follows; the centre console of the saloon will get two screens. Out of these two screens, one will be the Honda link touchscreen that will exhibit the in-car entertainment features, while the other screen will serve as a Satellite Navigation GPS system. Apart from this, the second screen will also display information about the car. The redesigned instrumentation cluster will come equipped with a speedometer in the middle, this will feature a tachometer on one side revealing the temperature while the other the side displaying the fuel gauges.

The steering is capable of performing various functions; it comes with two prominent button clusters that curb various functions varying from audio controls to the cruise control option. Push start button and ECON button will be offered as standard in the 2013 Honda Accord. This feature though consumes a lot of fuel and can be spotted in most of the Honda cars. Two automatic variants powered with a 2.4 litre, four cylinder engine and a 3.5 litre V6 petrol engines along with a paddle shifter beneath the steering wheels are expected to be offered. Accord is already known for its killer looks and Honda designers claim to come up with an even better looking version of the premium saloon. Talking about the Indian car market, the 2013 Honda Accord premium saloon is likely to be rendered by the year 2013. The fresh version of the sedan will rival the likes of new Toyota Camry and Hyundai Sonata Fluidic. Since the car maker is also working on a diesel version of the luxury saloon, it might think of bringing it to the Indian roads. This will definitely work in Honda India’s favour if it manages to do so and will also give a tough fight to the likes of Skoda Superb and Volkswagen Passat.
