Nissan India Initiates “Happy With Nissan” Campaign
With an objective to provide better after sales experience to its customers, Nissan India, the Indian alliance of Japanese car maker has initiated the eighth edition of “Happy With Nissan” campaign from January 18 to January 28, 2018. During campaign the Nissan owners bringing their cars for check-up will be provided sixty point free check-up, free wash, lucrative discount over accessories, 50% discount on the insurance renewal, 20% discount on labor charges and assured gifts. The first edition of this campaign was initiated back in 2014 and since then the car maker has serviced approx 80,000 customers across the country.
Talking about the campaign, Mr. Sanjeet Agarwal, Vice President, after sales Nissan Motors India Pvt Ltd, said the main objective of initiating such campaigns is to provide the better experience to the customers within the country. According to him organization of such campaigns is helpful in receiving the valuable feedback from the customers about the services and let them know about the upcoming products from the car maker in coming future. It would be interested to know that according to J.D. Power India Customer Service Index 2017, Nissan and its subsidiary Datsun have been positioned at sixth position among the different car makers for providing better after sales services to the customers.
