Nissan Pulsar hatchback launched in UK, priced £ 15,995
Japanese car maker Nissan Motors has launched its new hatchback Pulsar targeted for UK market. With this new launch the car maker aims to strengthen its position in C-Segment of cars in U.K. The price of base variant starts with £ 15,995 (INR 16.39 lakh) with price of top end variant ending with £20,345 (INR 20.84 lakh). Company will start the sale of hatchback from the month of September this year.
The hatchback has been offered in both petrol and diesel engine configurations. The engine variant is empowered with 115 bhp turbocharged 1.2 litre petrol engine while the diesel variant is equipped with 110bhp 1.5 litre diesel engine. The hatchback will be offered with either manual or Xtronic automatic gearbox. It is reported that the hatchback will be later empowered with 190 bhp, 240Nm, 1.6 litre turbocharged petrol engine.
According to sources of company the Pulsar will be enriched with huge fleet of remarkable features which at present are offered in all world class hatchbacks, offered by renowned car makers. In UK market the Pulsar has been offered in four trims namely Visia, Acenta, n-tec and Tekna. The major features adorned in base variant include steering wheel mounted controls, Bluetooth connectivity, 5 inch color screen, air conditioner as standard feature. The top end variant is embellishes features like automatic headlights and wipers, keyless entry, reverse camera, 17 inch alloy wheels, LED lights and many more.
